The Department takes reservations for parties of 6 or more.  However, if you are a smaller party and we can not seat you as soon as you arrive, we invite you to wait comfortably in our upstairs loft area where comfy lounge chairs and a full service bar await you.  If you have a party of 6 or more, please call and speak with a manager to see if we can accommodate you.

For large parties, consider booking a banquet by calling 815-714-2280.  There are not any banquet room reservation fees.

Worried about parking?  Worry no more!  The Department offers complimentary pedi cab service.  Just park at the parking garage on the corner of Cass and Scott Street and call our hostess at 815-714-2280 and we will send a pedi cab to pick you up at the ground level so you can arrive at The Department in style.  Two and four person pedi cabs are available free of charge.
